There is absolutely NO question mark. People will need to understand that this company will

1. re: 10:1 split, they will issue restricted stock. If they do not what they will do is pull their massive transaction(s) at .00001 - .00008 to undercut every single small investor that has 100 million shares post split. If you deal up around 1 billion shares post split and paid .0002 or under you can sell by way of broker assist (depending upon brokerage) @ .00001-.00005 and under cut everyone with a low hand all day long. Low hand w/split equaling 50-75 million shares in the case of JMCP.
