Stewart Wallach,CEO,needs to address the shareholders.Capstone has been part of CHDO for almost 1 year. I havent seen ANY increase in shareholder value since CAPSTONE was purchased 1 yr.ago or Stuart Wallach was named CEO 4 months ago. How about it Mr. Wallach???
