1. I don’t know if this is true are not, but I was told that Major Damage lost a law suit against PT or one of those previous companies and has some kind of personal vendetta going here. Granted the shell has a very murky past history and now several parties are jumping all over it, thinking it’s another 3 month deal, its not, the company will be fine.
2. If Quantum would have released the funds production would have been started all ready. One more document concerning a land owner’s title is needed, it should be finished by next week.
3. There has never been a Bankruptcy Court proceeding involving Bob Cotton. About 12 years ago, an employee was killed on a project. A wrongful death lawsuit was initiated against the company seeking a large sum of money. The plaintiff’s attorney’s was seeking to pierce the corporate shield and bring Bob into the suit personally. Bankruptcy petitions were filed, each was withdrawn the day before the court date. The following day, another filing was made. After the third one, an out of court settlement was made and the records were sealed. This tactic was used and it worked. You might note that Texaco set the standard for that play.
