Again, for the record, I do not expect that SCO will win in a substantive way, but nor am I willing to rule out the possibility. Even Linus didn't answer in absolutes:
"Q: Do you think that any copyright or patent-protected Unix code has actually found its way into Linux?
A: Unlikely.
If he's so positive that SCO can't have any copyrights, why didn't he just answer no?
Anyway, let's drop it. There's plenty of others more appropriate places for this discussion to occur, and the last thing I want to do is be an advocate or defender of the mob at SCO.
