Golds -- Looks like we had a retest as projected and we rallied out of that bottom today on the heels of good earnings from HMY last night.
I am in the process of totally liquidating my gold positions. Sold most of them into the rally today.
I am not sure how far this rally goes. The bottom was pretty good. Could have been much better. That concerne me. I think the 50 dma is reistance for the hui and xau with no good feeling if we get there or not. I see many issues weakening on each successive rally though.
Anyway, the dollar shows the beginnings of a countertrend rally off a four year cycle low during a seasonally strong period for the dollar in the four year cycle and its annual pattern. Gold is in a weak seasonal period on an annual cycle basis.
