MLB didn't have a requirement to be on the OTCBB. I'm assuming that the Vatican didn't either. With both of those, it took a VERY long time to get all the i's dotted, and t's crossed, and both parties happy with the arrangement and contract.
The NFL has specific requirements. NASCAR has, if I remember correctly, a 9pg form to fill out, but I didn't read it through to see what their requirements are. Harley, they require a 6 figure check up front. A large 6 figure check at that! And there again, I'm not sure what the requirements are and if they have to be listed, as with the NFL.
