This is probably one of the most undervalued undiscoved Jems I've seen on the pinks in a while.. The float is only 78M shares.. Someone could buy out the entire float for $110,000... Of course I'm not saying thats anyone will do that, but its a cheap float to buy.... With the marketcap sitting at $442K, and A potential acquisition worth $25M in the works that could we could be trading 50X this price..

New O/S = 299M

299M / $25M in revenues = EPS of .0836

C'mon undervaled?????

not that they will dilute but it sure sounds that way.


I don't make any money (nor does our subsidiary or its new salesperson) until; the stock is doing well.

Isin't this the way they are supposed to make money??

By building the company and revenue. We really just started doing that.

with all these pinks diluting makes me wonder whats in store for us.
