Hello Michiko......in regards to the pps, the bid and ask..

Unles you plan on selling soon, these minute fluctuations
that are tenths of a penny, and even hundreths of a penny
mean nothing, and are just the machinations that market makers use to induce or entice shareholders to buy/sell due
to the spreads....which they also prohibit selling by dropping the bid down and hence the price that you would receive which is way below the ask....these are the daily price gyrations that only matter to traders who live off their trades and the spread.
