Of course in this case the neighbor is not standing there, there is just a note that says:
"Trust me they are just painting, everything will be fine. Signed,
Your Neighbor"
I think at this point if anyone on this board says they believe things are good, they are seriously naive or in on the scam. I might accept the continued silence if they even answered the phone to do business and gave a "No comment" to any investor details, but the total silent treatment tells me this pig is dead and the only reason we think we see an occasional breath is because someone pokes him with a stick and says "Did you see him move?"
