I thought I read you write something today about you filing a securities lawsuit. I thought you were referring to 2005 securities fraud. This idea was tossed around by many on this board. Why did you bring it up tonight? I also figured Rodrigo was going to sue Paul? He said Paul hired and fired him, lied to him and didnt pay him. Imagine that lawsuit not getting filed considering all the work on the others. A surprise to some. Like I said, Im not surprised. Tell us all if you have something interesting. Your bankruptcy case was dismissed I see. Was there a hearing with full participation? Did you talk at all or did KM and RC? What about FB? Any interesting details you'd like to share? I admit a little surprise about the lack of detail about the hearing. All that build up on this board and.... nothing? Thats not the usual way around here.
Major you have victim #1 right? Serf was a shareholder and he has the "goods" and juicy stuff on Paul. What else you need? A shareholder that just bought the stock and says he was duped offers very little help. A shareholder who says he was a victim of Paul's and has a ton of information can help. Am I missing someting here?

No, absolutely not. They're not going to spend another dime on this in a civil case, at least according to the ones I've talked with. So you'd have to pay their legal costs, then they might be interested.
