Lots of times there is a reverse split, or the entity bringing in the new company gets more shares for said company. I'm still skeptical about the share structure. Not sure if you've seen the pictures of this club, but alot of money was put into it, and I don't see them just giving us 30% of that just because we own shares of a shell.IMO

Two other Adult Entertainment stocks that are brought up on this forum RICK and PTT have share structures that are fairly similiar to ZIPL. So I dont see much if any change in share structure occuring.
