Wanting info about Pulacayo is a 100% legitimate concern!
Just perusing the newsletter it seems Jaime touches on it, for better or worse.
The bashers will most likely call it lies, but enountering a snag half way thru the project seems quite possible and a consultant giving them some bad info on one of his tests/surveys sounds logical as well. Not great news, but about what I had imagines......Growing pains.
