and then you refer to a poster that needs help and has a project, well I guess you can see how I must have interpreted it wrong. Now while I am trying to give management the benefit of the doubdt I will have to play devils advocate here. You say it would be much easier and healthier to be in an uplifting frame of mind going forward, experiencing the joys of life rather than disagreeing and subjecting oneself to unhealthy practices. I am sure there are alot of posters who would love to do just that. I also believe it would be a whole lot easier if management would stick to and follow through on just one of their PR's in their self imposed timeframe.
