By no stretch do I want to hurt people. Especially many of the good ones on this board.

I can look from a slightly different perspective now that I am currently not a shareholder. I think I see a little more clearly.

As I have stated to KA12 and other that I think this still will run, its just a matter of when.

Yes, Govols it is legal. The company reserves the right to negotiate the sale of A/S. What they cant do is sell it at a premium to the current trade price. Only at or below. My only concern with the offer made to CHUD is that they may have been turning debt into equity to pay a creditor or pretty up the financials. Pure speculation, but something to think about. Either way EFGO is still on super sale and should be bought up by the handfulls. Especially at these prices.

I know a guy that recently traded his unrestricted shares in a company (not EFGO) for 3X restricted shares from an insider, plus a Harley.

Management then proclaimed, "There is no dilution going on!".

Tricky, but legal.
