DTL, doc 156 outlined instances of financial mismanagement/impropriaties from 1998-May, 15, 2007, so I,m sure that encompasses the timeframe when PLNI was ALLEGEDLY heavily shorted/naked shorted.
Do you suppose that the US Trustee would have released it's report without having fully investigated all aspects pertaining to the case? That seems to be what you are implying by your assumption that they are now investigating that aspect after the report was issued.
