"Dr. Cox bought 38,000 shares on the open market in Nov 2006 and Mar 2007"

I just checked and it seems in both cases the stock went from about $1 to about $1.2 within about two weeks of Dr. Cox's buying shares. I wonder if we get a repeat performance this time or not? Based on the history, it does not seem to be an instantaneous reaction but rather takes about 2 weeks to create the upside... (of course, I am here assuming that the upside in those times were directly a result of Dr. Cox buying as opposed to some special news, which may be the case)

This brings Cox’s open-market purchases to approximately 62K during the past 13 months.

There has been no insider selling by Dr. Cox or anyone else.
