Unless I'm mistaken, which I quite often am, there is another possible spin on today's sell-off.

A year ago several acquisitions were made with restricted stock that would, just about now, be eligible for sale.

The fact that the pps didn't drop, I believe, is to do with a large number of buy orders at .0003 (like mine), which the MM/Brokers finally executed after having them cluttering up their boooks for weeks.

There WAS a lot of shares traded today.. WOW! Why do you say it was the company and how can restricted shares be traded or dumped? Did you get to get back in at .0003? Would have been a nice move from out at .0005..

Curious as to how you came to your "IMO"?
