Oh jannie,not again!we went through this several times!!and it was shown that they participated in a government program to assist businesses in hiring additional people as a means of supporting the local economy.

Do you think the government subsidies were helping to pay the wages of its employees for 21 Years!!!!21 YEARS!!!

Let me ask you a REAL question,Why didn't the SEC halt SLJB till date??

When did the subsidies stop? If the Gov cut the subsidies once the OSC investigation began, then that would explain why Harrow is shut down. They can't pay their employess and their bills. IMO.

SLJB didn't need govt. subsidies to make pay roll as you wrongly stated,

they in fact helped Canada in its efforts to train its unemployed.
