I am confused about the situation here.

Who sells their shares for 1/10 market value?

Supposedly millions of shares were sold to a non-us person for .0017 ... yet the stock price has never closed below .01 ... and the only day it dipped below a penny was on 800k shares.

And the CEO has been buying it up.

I think the chart looks good here, and don't want to let something I don't understand get in the way of me buying it.

Any Thoughts?
