I can understand anyone being skeptical. Your DD is accurate. The trend has without a doubt been down over the past few years, however, the trend is changing. As you can see on the chart we are beginning to head north and in my opinion we will continue.
My personal belief is that the company originated with the "big bang" that so many dot.com companies have been through. Most of those companies saw large drops in PPS because of infrastructure, management and fins not being where they needed to be when the company went public. Thousands of these companies failed and are no longer around. Ifinix has (much like it's brand) begun to raise from the ashes. They have continued to survive and have put a management team together comprised of experts that have created the way forward by better defining what their core business is. In my opinion they have stayed on track every since. I believe the company has been saying what they mean and doing what they say since August of 2004.
Since 2004 there has not really been a restructure, only realignment of a solid team backed by solid management. They had a lot of problems and issues (so did Microsoft) and made the needed corrections to survive. They are putting the company into motion by releasing international products, raising capital, working on advertising campaigns, releasing PR's and by most importantly preparing financials.... because they want to grow and succeed. They want to progress to OTCBB and they will. It is just a matter of time. They are not even required to do all those things but they want to and have committed to do so.
