i'm completely debt free too.. but would enjoy some excess cash flow to play around with especially with all the waste going around .. i should say all the waste of time con job business going on nowadays ... everyone outa college is going to be a millionaire overnight without putting up any cash flow .. and guys like you and me are going to invest into their wealth
