1. Option was granted in connection with the appointment of Ozzie A. Schindler to the Board of Directors of Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. ("Universal") and the related Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement for Non-Employee Directors by and between Universal and Mr. Schindler dated, January 9, 2007.
2. Option was granted in connection with (i) the execution of a Director Services Agreement by and between Universal and Mr. Schindler and (ii) the related Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement for Non-Employee Directors by and between Universal and Schindler, each dated July 12, 2007.

So stock options exercisable on Jan 08 and July 08??

He's gonna do really well with the options from January. He got them at $2.6, WOW.

I see this as good news, since exercisable dates are still way off.
