How do you know they were profitable in recent years? I hate to touch a sore spot, but have you seen any financials?

Oh yeah. And Enron appeared to be a functioning profitable business, too.

Okay, if you say so. Maybe some day the rest of us will be able to verify all that 'profit' that you claim they have earned via Audited Financials (you know, the ones promised for over a year now) since everyone else but a select few appear to be in the loop and in the know... lucky you to be one of those apparently.

I believe the lumber yard was failing and losing money, there is no proof to the contrary. Being closed down is also pretty much a good clue. The ASC is dead on and i applaud their excellent actions. Since you say your statement is a fact please back it with documents.
