Frank was delivered the preferred class on closing and owed quite a lot of extra shares but never got them from Mark (free trading/float). Point being they were already in the float and couldn't be delivered as promise (cause mark is a scammer). Mark had said the TA had the shares (lying imo). Either or its not my problem I'm here to make money but what I can say is that there was a control issue imo and Frank may over just taken out another class to hold control. I'm sure the SEC is aware of the fast one Mark tried to pull.
