Machobra---I believe you are right. EXBOX will open a huge can or worms if they aquire a company with obvious investor/shareholder issues. If I were one of the Mentisys victims, I would be looking at EXBX as the "big pockets" in a shareholder suit.
They are probably looking for other alternatives. Hopefully.
