I have hard time following you. What are you saying? Yes the employers want to pay less. But the workers want to be paid more. So at some point there is an agreement.
Don't throw minimum wage here. It is needed in 10% of the cases or less. Why are you always use some marginal cases and don't want to address the mainstream? And the mainstream is that if nobody wants to work for the small salary employers wants to pay - he will increase the pay until he finds those who want to work for that pay. What is wrong with the fact that people agree to accept a pay and work for that pay?
What is wrong with the fact that some jobs are much harder than others and should be paid accordingly?
