As I posted on SI, I expected the bid/ask to revert back to .12/.15 just prior to opening. It is interesting that a small amount of volume has raised this stock quite rapidly in the last few weeks (.24??). Considering the year+ of no updates from management, it's also surprising that this stock isn't sub-penny by now. A lot of loyal investors or fools have kept this stock afloat. (Myself included)
