Zeev the problem with SNDK should have an impact on LEXR presenting possible buying opportunity there as well. What are your thoughts in this regard and entry positions you might be thinking about,

Zeev- that was one helluva an eye opening/fantastic post regarding SNDK last night.. Actually, both you and Limtex opened my eyes to the power of the royalties and its much appreciated..

Im rather bearish going into 2nd half of 2004 with regards to the economy, and especially 2005 so I think you may be a bit liberal on the other estimates.. also I think the drop in margins is going to surprise you and others quite a bit as I dont think the demand is going to continue as strongly (but that surely is one helluva a discussion because who knows?).

Thats the power of these message threads.. and a big thanks for you taking the time to point out what is obvious to you but not so obvious to some of us err slower types : )

An accrual basis taxpayer would have to recognize royalty income in the period that the sales were made that gave rise to the earning of the royalty.
