AN, The SEC focused on hcca, because, at the time hcca was the "company". shepard and this new BOD will need to heed what has occurred, even though the current "company" trades under a new symbol, it's still the same "company" with the same worthless dirt. The second sheppard or anyone else tries to file with the SEC while booking that worthless dirt, the SEC, IMHO will body slam-m.
So! As you post, nmcx has violated no SEC, Pink sheet, or OTCBB regulation. In closing, IMHO, Sheppard and gang maybe subject to civil litigation, I hope!
