I don't think the BOD would have realized these things are essential on their own. They said they are looking for an individual to act as their new North American representative,
and 2create was probably on their short list. I say that because these recent developments sound like his ideas.

I've been in Aurus since apr. 06
I thought .55 was kind of a raw deal
for the shareholders myself. One statement
you wrote I like to comment on if I may.

or the buyer couldn't come up with the cash."

If my memory is correct, the buyers were on the BOD.

So I'd think the latter, they couldn't come up with the money.

I think there also something possibly bigger down the rd. here.
