Nice post Lochan! It's nice to see some decent post here that actually have meaning. We have so much ranting and raving by certain bashers and flippers telling us how much AURC is a scam here. Blah, Blah, Blah! We have all heard it so you don't have to keep reminding us! ;)
I for one hope that the buyout is cancelled. When I first invested in AURC my hopes and dreams were to see AURC hit $5 to $10 dollars over the next few years. When the buyout was announced for .55 cents I was very disappointed. At that point my long term investment just became a pink-sheet flip for me. It made me question whether or not AURC was for real when the B.O.D. were willing to give a company with 8 Billion Dollars in Assets away for just .55 cents per share? The scenario DOS has explained regarding the hostel buyout attempt makes a lot of sense to me as to what actually took place here.
In light of recent developments, IE New Transfer Agent that is transparent, and showing that no shares have been sold into the market for over the last 4 months is very significant! AURC now has L2I representing them which is very positive as they don't represent scam companies! Now we have a shareholder meeting taking place! These are all significant steps in the right direction for AURC imo. I believe much more is in the works.
I think the B.O.D. realizes that if they want to get the PPS up all they have to do is file the proper SEC paperwork to get us up-listed off these pink sheets. They also realize they they need to pay the dividend as promised. It's my belief that all of this is taking place right now. Once these things fall into place AURC will easily go into the dollars.
Regardless as to what anyone says about 2create I for one don't believe he pumped and dumped this stock in anyway. I believe he was sincere in all his post and his efforts toward AURC. 2create believed in this company with all his heart, and I somehow feel that he is still involved with AURC possibly working behind the scenes. He disappeared as of July 10, 2007 without a trace? I believe something good is up with this imo.
I am once again excited about my AURC investment like I was before when I originally invested in AURC back in March of this year. I don't quite have my 100,000 shares back yet, but I am working on adding every chance I get! Hopefully I will be close to my 100,000 shares once this takes off! Until then I am buying all that I can at any price .05, .07, .10, .25 it don't matter to me! ;)
To the AURC flippers! Yes AURC is the best trading stock known to man and you can make lots of money flipping AURC. I am not going to argue this with you! However, I feel when these major developments come about AURC will take off and never look back! It will leave all of you in the dust! At this point in the game why play Russian Roulette? I hope some of you flippers/traders at least get a core position to ride up with the rest of us.
