I tend to agree with you there carl. It would be quite a shock if all they did was have the meeting agenda as the PR. I had seen were they needed to have the attorneys finalize the PR before it went out. One thing is that you don't need an attorney to look over the legalities of the date-time and place of a shareholders meeting.That and that point only is what my point is about. I personally feel that the powers in charge now are driving the company in a straight and professional direction. Yes I will state I'm a Die-Hard optimist. As long as the public is welcome how can it violate insider trading? That does not make any sence, I would be very upset if they said something like that.
