Why would they start buying the last week, when they can start buying 7-10million (or even 30 million now at these great prices) a day now?

Also when looking at a weekly chart it seems we definitely have hit a bottom.

TG, how do you know that ALMAZ has acquired 200 to 300 million shares? I'm not sure how you could know unless someone from ALMAZ guaranteed that and showed you.
