It's nice that they bought things with other peoples money, didn't have to pay it back, and then now turn around and 'run the scam' all over again,.....

I heard the Colchester community is quite pleased with what Petar V. has in store for that community. In fact, I believe some of the eye sore garbage has already been cleared to make way for the facelift.
