It would explain the drop since MMs had to be ready to absord all of the shares.

I received an e-mail response from Boyd Soussana today. I'm not sure how to cut and copy to this post. If anyone could help, that would be great. Otherwise, I'll type it out. His repsponse was encouraging yet, brief in subtance. This may be a great buying opportunity. Who knows? Currently, I don't. I am personally very tempted to buy more but, at the same time relunctant.
