Please to not translate my honesty (won't screw anyone) into a higher probably of success. I keep saying in all candor that what we are trying to do with ISS from a business standpoint is extremely difficult. I have really good people involved, and nobody can see the end of the rainbow. Hell, we have not found the rainbow. But, we believe there is a rainbow, that belongs to? EVS is anyone's guess. In the future I will have more to say about EVS when the time is right.

I have been sitting on my kiester for a while. At this point we have to have faith that Mr. Ball will do the right thing by previous AVTX stockholders. From what he has said, it sounds like we will come out better than we would have been if no changes had been made. Let us wait and see if all comes to fruition.
I currently own two Companies----sold the assets of one, and am starting a third. There are many ways of diluting other stockholders, some of which I used when we had unethical personnel associated with one of the Companies. He was an officer and on the board! Luckily they were not public Companies.
