a .48 on the EPC. many folks consider that neutral. as noted last week when the EPC crossed below .55, that was my queue to exit stage left...and watch for a while. that's just what i have been doing except for a few picks here an there. I use the 10-day MA, folks who use the 21-day MA will disagre with me and likely wait for even lower readings...
this was the "indicator" that refused to budge during this long and powerful rally..remaining on a buy or neutral for the entire time. Now, imo, it has signaled...we haven't had such readings since may 2002. at that time the SPX began a decline which nearly cut it in half.
don't think that will happen here..but still thinking a better entry lies ahead, then we head to new highs.
one of those being SNRN...an post-iraq-war play i think will do well in the future...
