You are posting the most pessimistic part of AMD result, the disclaimer or almost, after so many class-action filling, AMD is paranoid, we all know that.

Larry, AMD put about 120 million on the ballance sheet to be used later for depreciation. That comes out to about 30 cents a share more and they dont have to pay taxes on it.
