avkatz, I share your frustration with the company if not more since I have lost more on this stock and have been in this stock longer than you. But, I'm just saying if the company has any hopes of growing, they need to diversify and promote their other products in addition to their main product. I'm sure their are larger PV companies than Trendsetter, but that does not mean that Trendsetter could not compete in their offerings. I'm not even sure where the article got their price quote for solar water heating systems from, so that must mean there's already competition for Trendsetter in Solar Thermal heating. I'm not going to say anything negative anymore about Trendsetter as you can check my past postings and tell how I feel.

I have PV on my roof, by the way.

I installed it not to save electricity, but to save energy. While I'm not bashing PV, and think it will make more sense in the future as the price of panels drop and the price of electricity rises, I don't really expect that I'll ever recoup the cost of installation.

Compare that to solar thermal, which is not only greener (PV panels are made with toxic chemicals and lots of energy) but actually starts saving you money after five to six years of ownership.

Yeah, they can be complementary systems, but if you're going to chose one over the other, solar thermal wins IMO.
