Just left uWink roadshow's stop in Minneapolis. Peter, Nolan and a guy from Merriman were there. Nolan answered your question about build-out costs. The restaurants they are comparing themselves to spend a significant amount of money on the restaurant interior. Nice woodwork, tile floors, stonework, fancy booths, and "canoes on the ceiling" to quote Nolan. uWink paints the walls white and uses a projector to provide the decor. Technology is cheaper than bricks and marble. That was their explanation.
I'll provide more later when I have more time. Overall the presentation was very, very positive. People at the meeting were also very interested - though I don't know if they will buy now or in the offering.
