Many here believe the website you're referencing will replace their current offering ( www.itkg.net ) once everything is in place.
jkboston first identified it a few weeks ago. Only once it became public knowledge did they password protect it, which tells me it was a mistake, or oversight, on the webmaster's part to allow it to be viewed in the first place.
