Somebody needs to take the worst view on everything, that how we get balance.
I do want people to think all of our problems are behind us. We have the same problems (market) making I-6 successful that we had with AVTX pre-merger, except we have gained breathing room. I have little hope for EVS as long as Kollsman is directing the market. I pray for a buyout of EVS from Kollsman by one of the big avionics houses. Two + years ago I was active in trying to get one of these houses interested. Obviously, I was unsuccessful. Which is something we did for AVTX, but cannot be reported to the shareholders without consequences.
My point is the Chief Officer and the Board get involved in many different things that do not get reported for good reasons. It is why the SEC understands and supports confidentiality as a fundamental tenet of a public company.
SOX has done nothing but create shareholder confusion and made accounting firms very wealthy.
