I know about the dilution - it kinda reminds me of AMJY the way it trades (huge volume and no movement). I traded it during the California energy crisis and made some money. When it went sub-penny I bought in again - this 1 share of CYSI for every 50 IDFR looks interesting though - will keep those sub-penny shares I own until the dividend!
