Vern if the financials come out and the 750K went to salaries and expenses there will be shareholders lawsuits, therefore I do not think that will happen, it would be stupid. Those guys are not stupid.

Your assumption that because those other bills were not paid then the JV could not have been financed proves why you would not be a good CEO. The JV is the TOP PRIORITY of all the items you listed. That should be the ONLY one of those to get money if at all possible, given a financially strapped state of affairs.

That 68 number should go back into whatever the place it is that you pulled it out of. Anyway, existing subscription numbers are never the justification for an initial buildout anyway. Another reason you would make a terrible CEO.

Vern, I find it absolutely shocking your recent change in position regarding this company and your former support for Tim Huff who described as a good, honest man. Now you seem to be supporting the position of those who actually through Huff under the bus by not delivering on their promises to Tim Huff and the shareholders.

It is obvious to me that Tim Huff believed what he was being told by his department heads and former employees including Joe M, Uli, Klaus, Lynch, and of course Bob Jones. It is obvious also that none delivered the results that the PR's claimed would be forthcoming and nor the accurate financials that were reported as well thanks to their poor performance.

Please explain to us why your change in heart, why you now are no longer supporting Tim Huff, and why you believe what you are told by former employees in light of their past performance?

Vern. The problem I have with your whole post started out with..."I don't think..".

It is clear from your post that you don't...at least for yourself.

When you get squared away on the fact that $700+k was raised by this company and a reported SEC filing verifying same was made, as opposed to "alleged" or "Supposedly...comes in." as reported by you...

And you recognize or realize, finally, that you are not going to usurp control of GTEM's destiny alone, or with others stroking you with false factoids...

And stop speculating where the money went that you are not sure came in at all...yet, a JV was launched, announced as funded by both parties, etc.

BS to the nines about how many children Koury has...where he resides when here, by what motive of transport he is in...

Do you realize how off the wall you appear to potential investors in your own venture?

What has more importance to you?
