For whatever reason, some have great difficulty (or pretend to)in comprehending that funding the JV was the top priority and was probably the only reason they were able to get the $750K in the first place. Even non-CEO's get it.
Pokestake: Maybe that is WHY the GTEM financials have yet to come out. There is nothing stopping GTEM from not paying creditors but instead writing checks to its' executives. The difference between my company and GTEM is that my company is virtually debt free. If I don't have the money to buy something....I don't buy it. It's that simple!
I'm not planning to be CEO of my corporation for any appreciable amount of time. I plan to put someone in more knowledgable of the mechanics of the business world than myself. If Tim Huff were available, I'd hire him in a New York second. There are a lot of ex-GTEM employees who are worth their weight in gold.
