Mide: I don't think any part of that alleged $750K went to the Mexican JV. It obviously didn't go towards paying the Palmdale rent, GTEM creditors, GTEM offices in Florida and in Los Angeles, salaries, and back taxes. Did it?
So, GTEM is faced with a little dilemma: Supposedly, $750K comes in. Should they send a huge portion of those funds to Mexico when all they have are, at last count, 68 $1.50 subscribers? No, not at all. There are more important things to pay:
So what is my speculation as to where all the money went? Offhand, I would have to render a truly uneducated guess that a good portion of it went to executive salaries and expenses.
One cannot expect Mr. Khoury to stay at a Holiday Inn when there are other more appropriate accommodations suitable to his taste and liking after each time he flies across the Atlantic in first class. You shareholders should be most appreciative of the fact that he only rents Jaguars. No one here would want to see one of their top drawer GTEM executives driving a decadent Toyota. Would they?
I would also imagine that a good bit of money is being spent on Leinwands' services. Attorney's don't work for free, you know! And, GTEM presently needs all the legal eagles they can find.
I can only imagine that most of the money, if any, coming into GTEM is being spent where it is needed most....on the 'executives' and the 'expenses' they incur while moving this company forward.
Money well spent.
