King, thanks for being patient. I was told by Walter a while back that the audit would come up for vote at the Annual Stockholders Meeting, Feb 12th. Walter said it would be release simultaneously with the vote. NSDM will be fully reporting at that time. Then NSDM will file for OTCBB, which will take about 4 to 6 weeks.
