There are indeed a fair number of outstanding warrants and some stock optiions, but the warrants have exercise prices ranging from $1.41 to over $8 and tge employee options are out of the money as well. That may present some possible future dilution if the stock price appreciates 40% or more from here, but I don't see how, to someone purchasing around $1, that makes it accurate to say that you are buying the company based on a $150 million value.
