And, yes. Pedro said that they still have the intention of uplisting in the US market. But, they still have to figure out the A/F issue. One option that was expressed is to have the US financials audited, using the certified account balances of another CPA. And, if that doesn't work, then another option is to simply to restore PNMS as an associated company of the Foundation, rather than an operating company, when the NSS issues are addressed.
