It is amazing that after the time and money we have invested in Investor Relations that the stock rallies now. We have no IR initiatives at all. No press releases. Nothing. I’m thinking, “If its not broke, why try to fix it?”
whe he says, "We are getting closer to closing this financing and will announce when it is complete, but success could establish a market cap ten times higher than current values. These investors may be buying public stock in advance of their investment."
